Journey Came to Town Again |

 Journey came to town and we just had to go see what their newest lead singer, Arnel Pineda, was like. I had joked a lot about how this guy would probably hint of a Filipino accent and all. Well, he was simply awesome! I think he's better at giving Journey their original Steve Perry feel than the previous replacement leads(Steve Augeri at least). Anyway, pictures are in its photo album and four video clips of their performance are in the Downloads Section if you want to check them out.

I'm testing out a new system for the Kantan Chamorro library. I need beta testers! So this is a call to all verified members who listen to the Chamorro music to check out the new system. I added only a handful of songs/albums, but it should be enough to give you a feel for it. I need feedback please, let me know! Just add a comment to this news announcement to give me feedback.
Go to 'http://www.13n144e.com/infusions/wrapper/wrapper.php?wrapper_id=1 to check it out. I think this systems is much better at letting you build playlists from all selected albums and not just one artist's album.

 Anyone into or intend to get into homebrewing beer? Need the supplies? From the hops, to bottles, or whatever, I'm plugging for a good friend of mine. Yes Smitty's in Honolulu, so if you're in Honolulu go see him, he's located in Mapunapuna.
If you're on Guam he's got Guam customers too, takes orders from and ships orders to Guam all the time. Call or email him, tell him you saw his card off my site. If you want to talk to one of his customers on the island about brewing, how Smitty's dealings with customers are, etc., email him and he'll refer you to an on-island customer.
Ever tried home brewed beer? Try it... you may never go back to Bud or Miller Lite...

Earth, Wind & Fire Concert |

 Lou and I went to the EWF concert May 27. She took a bunch of pictures. It was awesome, we had seats in front of the stage! The only down side was Mayor Mufi Hanneman sat right in front of us... he's six foot something tall.... but it's cool, we didn't sit most of the time anyway!

I know there are Tacoma X-runners on the island, gotta be... but I haven't actually heard or seen anyone post anywhere on the web (Taco, Toyota forums, XR-Underground, etc., that they're from Guam and own one. Just curious...
